As a Residential Mortgage Lending; VP, I have well over a decade of experience in the mortgage business. My experience ranges from foreclosure, to operations, to working with regulatory partners, to origination, and much more.
Additionally, I have experience in credit risk, underwriting, audit, and pricing strategy all the way to getting the loan sold on the secondary market. In my previous role as a mortgage loan originator, three years in a row, I was awarded Platinum Circle of Excellence as the top originator, originating over $65 million per year in purchase transactions alone.

Outside of my mortgage background, I also have been involved in a number of development projects in North Texas, most recently acquiring a 32 acre tract of land in McKinney, TX, consisting of a nearly $4 million development. My knowledge of development and the real estate market in North Texas, as well as my diverse mortgage background, is essential in giving you the confidence you need to make the right financial decision for you and your family.
